Isaiah 43:18 - "Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past."

This verse really spoke to me! God revealed! (:

Anw, bottomline is, God has given us a mind to think. To think & reflect. So, I have reflected on my past during the course of this holiday and figured that I havent been spending much time with God! BUT! God has been faithful and frogiving. His mercy is unfailing, & He has loved me whenever Im unworthy. When I fell into the snares of sins, He rescues. When I called, He answered. God has indeed been a gracious God in the year of 2006, & He will always be, no matter what year it is, always and forever! :D

In Isaiah 43:18, God tells me not to dwell on the past. I should let go of 2006 & welcome 2007 with open arms. Be an expectant christian and expect God to use me during the course of this year. Of course, I must be willing to be used by God for the extention of His kingdom(: Hold on to what God has planned for me this year.

I shall forget whatever bad that has happened to me in 2006. I will not dwell on the past, but see what new things God has planned and will do for me. I shall kick out and leave the bad stuff in 2006, and bring good habits along with me to 2007. WHEE! I look forward to the great miracles God will perform in 2007. wait & see, press on with faith :DDD

oh & you're free to really slap me and give me a wake up call if you find that Im drifting away from God real badly this year(:

The LORD is my source of purity; He shall wash away the impurities within me with light.

God has opened my eyes and blessed me with people who have been spurring me on in my stagnant spiritual walk during the holidays. Thank God for them! (:
